GENERAL

- Commissions may take up to 2 weeks to finish ( if longer is needed I will let you know )
- Please have a clear idea of what you'd like before requesting a commission ( please contact me to make sure I can do it )
- If TOS is broken you will be blacklisted and will not receive any commissions in the future

BLACKLIST

~ any of the following will result in an immediate blacklist ~

- Use of DMs for any purpose other than commissions
- Altering art in any way
- Using art for AI
- Disrespectful language ( towards me or anyone else )
- Chargebacks
- Spamming

WILL DRAW

- Humans
- Kemonomimis
- Anthro / Feral Furries
- Ponies
- Fandom OCs
- SFW
- Suggestive ( you and oc must be +18, if I believe either are below I will not draw this )
- Ship Art ( OCxOC only )
- Semi-Complex Characters
- Gore
- Glitch/Eyestrain
- Angst/Vent
- Pride Art

WON'T DRAW

- Muscular Characters
- Overly Complex Characters
- Mecha/Robotic Characters
- Cannon Fandom Characters
- NSFW
- Fetish/Kink of any kind
- Hateful / Offensive Topics
- Complex Backgrounds

PAYMENT

- Full payment is required upfront, I will not start any part of the commission until I have the full amount
- I will accept payment through Ko-Fi
- Prices are in USD ( you are responsible for converting currency and paying the appropriate amount )- Refunds will depend on amount of work not done
- If TOS is broken, I will not issue a refund- I will charge a $10-$15 fee for major revisions- If you would like to commission me to design merch please state so when contacting me ( depends on type of merch )- If commission is needed in less than a week I will charge an extra $5-$25 ( depending on how close the date is )- If you would like to have priority over other comms I will charge an extra $10

NEEDED

- Brief Description of Commission ( you can send examples if there is art similar to what you want )
- Clear References of Character(s)
- Clear Description ( for customs )
- Clear Reference Images if applicable ( backgrounds, items, ect. )

PROCESS

- Details of commission are discussed
- Payment is sent/received
- Commission is Started- You may request WIPs at any point
- Any revisions must be requested before lineart is started, I will not make changes after lineart is started.
- References will not be followed exactly please keep this in mind
- I will inform you of when the next part of the process is started

ARTIST RIGHTS

- I retain all rights to the artwork
- I may freely upload commissions anywhere and use work in my portfolio without client permission ( credit will be given )
- I can refuse/cancel a commission for any reason at any point and am not required to state why
- I may place a commission on hold if needed ( health issues, school, ect. )

CLIENT RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

- You may use my art for private use ( such as pfps and banners )
- You may repost my art
- Finished commissions may be sent over email if requested
- You may request WIPs- You are responsible for reading/understanding my TOS
- You are responsible for clearly communicating what you would like including revisions
- You may cancel a commission only during the sketching stage
- You must link or tag me if my art is used/shown anywhere ( including merch designs )
